What's covered, how long it takes, and what to expect after you order.
Every TrailGuard topper is covered by a 5 year structural warranty, a 3 year finish warranty, and a 2 year mechanical warranty on struts and locks. If a covered part fails under normal use, we repair or replace it at no cost.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage from accidents, improper installation, or normal wear such as fading from long term UV exposure beyond the finish warranty period.
Toppers ship in 7–10 business days across the USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Every order includes tracking, and our team confirms fitment details before the topper leaves the warehouse so there are no surprises on delivery day.
Freight toppers are shipped crated and strapped to a pallet. Someone with a hand truck or a second set of hands should be available to receive the delivery, since curbside drop off does not include unloading.
If a topper doesn't fit as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return or exchange. Custom paint matched orders are made to order and are non returnable once production has started.
Orders shipping outside our standard delivery regions may be subject to additional freight charges and customs handling. Contact us before ordering and we'll confirm total landed cost and estimated delivery time.
